Instructions for Use:

  1. Handling:

    • Handle with care to avoid damage to the leads or body.

  2. Mounting:

    • Soldering temperature should not exceed 260°C for more than 10 seconds.

    • Continuous forward current (IF) should not exceed 1A.
    • Peak forward surge current (IFSM) can reach up to 20A but only for short durations.
    • Ensure power dissipation (PD) does not exceed 1W to prevent overheating.
  4. Temperature Considerations:

    • The operating junction temperature (TJ) should be within the range of -65°C to 150°C.
    • Store the diode in an environment where the storage temperature (TSTG) is between -65°C and 150°C.
  5. Testing:

    • Test the diode using a multimeter or diode tester to ensure it is functioning correctly before installation.
    • Verify forward and reverse characteristics to ensure they meet the specified parameters.
  6. Applications:
