SN76514 is a 14-pin DIP (Dual Inline Package) integrated circuit manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a high-speed, low-power, quad differential line driver designed for digital data transmission over balanced lines. The SN76514 is capable of driving up to four balanced lines with data rates up to 10 Mbps. It features a low power dissipation of 8 mW per line, a wide common-mode input voltage range of -7V to +12V, and a high output voltage swing of ±7V. It also has an enable/disable control pin and an output enable pin. The SN76514 is suitable for a variety of applications, including EIA-422, EIA-423, and RS-485 data transmission systems, as well as for driving twisted pair cables, coaxial cables, and shielded twisted pair cables.
