Instructions

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure that the relay is installed in a location where it will not be exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or mechanical stress.
    • Mount the relay on a flat, stable surface using the provided mounting holes or solder lugs.
  2. Wiring:

    • Connect the coil terminals to the appropriate 12V DC power supply.
    • Connect the common (COM), normally open (NO), and normally closed (NC) contacts to the circuit you wish to control.
  3. Operation:

    • When the coil is energized, the relay will switch the contacts from the NC position to the NO position.
    • When the coil is de-energized, the contacts will return to the NC position.
  4. Testing:

    • Use a multimeter to verify the continuity between the COM and NC/NO contacts before and after energizing the coil.
    • Ensure that the relay operates smoothly and without any abnormal noise.
  5. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Clean the relay with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust and debris.
  6. Safety:

    • Do not exceed the maximum ratings specified in the parameter table.
    • Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or testing.
    • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling electrical components.
