The AD595AQ is a monolithic integrated circuit temperature transducer manufactured by Analog Devices. Description: The AD595AQ is a complete thermocouple-to-digital converter that provides a linearized output in the form of a voltage proportional to the temperature of the thermocouple. It is designed to accept thermocouples of type J, K, T, E, R, S, B, and N. The output voltage is ratiometric to the supply voltage, and is available in either a 0.25V/°C or 0.50V/°C scale factor. The device also includes an on-chip cold junction compensation circuit that eliminates the need for an external reference junction.
