Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle the K4115 with care to avoid damage to the leads or the body.
   • Use appropriate tools and techniques to prevent static discharge.

2. Soldering:

   • Preheat the PCB to 100°C to 150°C before soldering.
   • Soldering temperature should not exceed 260°C.
   • Soldering time should not exceed 10 seconds per joint.

3. Mounting:

   • Ensure that the diode is securely mounted to the PCB to prevent mechanical stress.
   • Use heat sinks if necessary to manage thermal dissipation, especially in high-power applications.

4. Electrical Connections:

   • Connect the anode (A) to the positive side of the circuit.
   • Connect the cathode (K) to the negative side of the circuit.
   • Ensure that the maximum forward current and reverse voltage ratings are not exceeded.

5. Storage:

   • Store the K4115 in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Avoid exposure to corrosive environments.

6. Testing:

   • Before installing the diode, test it using a multimeter to ensure it is functioning correctly.
   • Check for continuity between the anode and cathode to confirm proper operation.

7. Safety:

   • Always follow standard safety procedures when working with electrical components.
   • Use protective equipment such as gloves and safety glasses when handling and testing the diode.
