Instructions for Use:
Circuit Connection:
- Connect the input pin (IN) to the control signal.
- Connect the output pin (OUT) to the load.
- Connect the ground pin (GND) to the common ground.
Power Supply:
- Ensure the input voltage (VIN) is within the specified range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
- Do not exceed the maximum continuous output current of 200mA.
Thermal Management:
- The device can operate up to a junction temperature of 125°C. Ensure adequate heat dissipation if operating near this limit.
- For applications requiring higher power dissipation, consider using a heatsink or improving PCB thermal design.
Input Signal:
