Instructions for Use:

1. Voltage Handling:

   • Ensure that the reverse voltage applied does not exceed 6.0V to prevent damage.
   • The maximum DC reverse voltage should be kept below 5.6V.

2. Current Handling:

   • The average forward rectified current at 25°C ambient temperature should not exceed 1.0A.
   • The RMS forward current should not exceed 1.41A under the same conditions.
   • For non-repetitive surge currents, ensure they do not exceed 30A for a pulse duration of 8.3ms (sine wave, 50Hz).

3. Temperature Management:

   • The junction temperature should not exceed 150°C to avoid thermal damage.
   • Store the component within the temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.

4. Mounting and Handling:

   • Handle the component with care to avoid mechanical stress or damage.
   • Ensure proper heat sinking if operating near the maximum current and temperature limits.

5. Testing and Inspection:

   • Regularly inspect the component for signs of physical damage or wear.
   • Test the component under controlled conditions to ensure it meets the specified parameters.

6. Compliance:

   • Ensure that the component is used in compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
