Instructions for Use:
- Voltage Rating: Ensure that the maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) does not exceed 15V.
- Current Rating: Do not exceed the maximum average forward current (IFAV) of 10mA or the maximum peak pulse current (IPP) of 500mA.
- Temperature Considerations: Operate the device within the temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. Store the device within the same temperature range.
- Zener Voltage: The zener voltage (VZ) should be between 13.3V and 16.7V at a rated current of 5mA.
- Dynamic Impedance: The dynamic impedance (ZT) is 20Ω at a rated current of 5mA.
- Pulse Handling: For pulse applications, ensure the pulse duration is 10ms with a duty cycle less than 0.1%.
- Mounting: Mount the component securely to ensure good thermal dissipation and mechanical stability.
- Soldering: Follow standard soldering practices to avoid thermal shock and damage to the component.
