2. Output Current:

   • The FOD2712A can handle continuous output currents up to 3.5A. For reliable operation, avoid exceeding this limit.
   • Use heatsinking if operating at high current levels to maintain junction temperature below 150°C.

3. Propagation Delay:

   • The propagation delay (t_pd) is between 1.2μs and 1.8μs under typical conditions. This should be considered in timing-sensitive applications.

4. Turn-On and Turn-Off Times:

   • The turn-on (t_on) and turn-off (t_off) times are both between 0.4μs and 1.0μs. These values can affect the switching performance in high-frequency applications.

5. Isolation:

   • The device provides 2500Vrms isolation for 1 minute. Ensure that the isolation barrier is not compromised by mechanical stress or environmental factors.

6. Temperature Considerations:

   • The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 125°C. Ensure that the ambient temperature does not exceed these limits.
   • The storage temperature range is from -65°C to 150°C. Store the device in a controlled environment to prevent damage.

7. Mounting and Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal components.
   • Follow proper soldering techniques to ensure good electrical connections and to avoid thermal stress.
