Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect Vcc to a stable power supply within the range of 1.8V to 3.6V.
    • Ensure GND is connected to the system ground.
  2. Addressing:

    • Use the address lines (A0-A14) to select the memory location you want to read from or write to.
  3. Data Transfer:

    • Data lines (D0-D7) are used for data input and output.
    • To read data, set /OE low while /CS is low.
    • To write data, set /WE low while /CS is low.
  4. Chip Select:

    • /CS must be low to enable the device for read or write operations.
    • When /CS is high, the device is in standby mode, consuming minimal current.
  5. Write Protect:

    • The /WP pin can be used to prevent unintentional writes. Set /WP high to enable write protection.
  6. Timing:

    • Ensure that all timing parameters, such as access time, are met to avoid data corruption.
  7. Endurance and Data Retention:

    • The device supports up to 10^14 write cycles and retains data for at least 10 years at 85°C.
  8. Temperature Considerations:

    • Operate the device within the specified temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) for reliable performance.
