Instructions for Use:
Installation:
- Ensure that the relay is installed in a clean, dry environment.
- Mount the relay on a flat, stable surface using the provided mounting holes or clips.
Coil Connection:
- Connect the coil terminals to a 12V DC power supply.
- The positive terminal should be connected to the "+" terminal of the relay, and the negative terminal to the "-" terminal.
Contact Connection:
- Connect the load to the common (COM) and normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contacts as required.
- For SPDT operation, use the COM, NO, and NC terminals to control the load.
Operation:
- When the coil is energized, the normally open (NO) contact will close, and the normally closed (NC) contact will open.
- When the coil is de-energized, the contacts will return to their default positions.
Testing:
- Use a multimeter to verify the continuity of the contacts before and after energizing the coil.
- Ensure that the relay operates within the specified voltage and current ratings.
Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
- Replace the relay if it fails to operate correctly or shows signs of failure.
Safety:
- Do not exceed the maximum voltage and current ratings.
- Avoid exposing the relay to extreme temperatures, moisture, or corrosive environments.
- Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or testing.
