  4. Output Levels:

    • The output high level (VOH) should be at least 2.4V when the supply voltage is 5V.
    • The output low level (VOL) should not exceed 0.5V when the supply voltage is 5V.
  5. Input Levels:

    • The input high level (VIH) should be at least 2.0V.
    • The input low level (VIL) should not exceed 0.8V.
  6. Data Retention:
