Common Anode Capable High Brightness LED Driver with High Frequency Dimming
The LM3433SQ is a high efficiency, low voltage, constant current LED driver from National Semiconductor. It is designed to drive up to four strings of LEDs with up to 25 mA of current per string. The LM3433SQ is available in a 24-pin QFN package. The LM3433SQ features a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 28 V, adjustable output current up to 25 mA, and a low quiescent current of 2.5 μA. It also includes a low ripple current mode PWM dimming, a low voltage shutdown, and a thermal shutdown protection.
