APW7145 is an 8-pin SOP (Small Outline Package) voltage regulator from Anpec Electronics Corporation. It is a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator with a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.5V and an output voltage range of 1.2V to 5.0V. It has a maximum output current of 1.5A and a low quiescent current of 20μA. The APW7145 features a low dropout voltage, fast transient response, low noise, and high PSRR.
