Instructions for Use

  1. Supply Voltage:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the VCC pin to a stable power source.
  2. Input Voltage:

    • The input voltage (VI) should not exceed VCC + 0.3V or be less than -0.3V to avoid damage to the device.
  3. Output Voltage:

    • The output voltage (VO) will follow the input voltage within the specified range. Ensure the load connected to the output does not exceed the maximum output current.
  4. Quiescent Current:

    • The quiescent current (IQ) is the current drawn by the device when there is no load. It is typically around 100 μA at 5V supply.
  5. Output Current:

    • The device can provide a maximum output current of 200 mA. Ensure the load does not exceed this limit to avoid overheating or damage.
  6. Rise and Fall Times:

    • The rise and fall times (tr and tf) are important for high-speed applications. They are typically around 8 to 15 ns.
  7. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay (td) is the time it takes for the output to respond to a change in the input. It is typically around 15 to 25 ns.
  8. Operating Temperature:

    • The device is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Ensure the operating environment stays within these limits.
  9. Storage Temperature:

    • When storing the device, ensure the temperature does not exceed -55°C to 150°C to prevent damage.
  10. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal components. Use appropriate ESD protection measures.
