Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
- Connect a bypass capacitor (typically 0.1μF) close to the VCC pin to filter out noise.
Reference Voltage:
- The internal reference voltage (VREF) is 2.048V. If an external reference is used, ensure it is stable and within the specified range.
Sampling:
- Set the sampling frequency (fS) between 200kSPS and 1000kSPS using the appropriate clock input.
Analog Input:
- Connect the analog signal to the analog input pins. Ensure the input signal does not exceed the supply voltage range.
Digital Interface:
- Use the SPI or other supported digital interfaces to read the ADC conversion results.
- Refer to the datasheet for specific timing diagrams and command sequences.
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C to ensure reliable performance.
Layout and Grounding:
- Follow good PCB layout practices, including proper grounding and signal routing, to minimize noise and interference.
