Power Supply:
- Ensure that the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable reference ground.
Input Signals:
- Input signals should be within the specified input voltage levels:
- Low level (VIL): 0.8V or less
- High level (VIH): 2.0V or greater
- Input signals should be within the specified input voltage levels:
Output Signals:
- Output signals will be within the following levels:
- Low level (VOL): 0.4V or less
- High level (VOH): 2.4V or greater
- Output signals will be within the following levels:
Propagation Delay:
