Instructions for Use:

  1. Voltage Handling:

    • Ensure that the drain-source voltage (VDS) does not exceed 30V.
    • The gate-source voltage (VGS) should be within the range of -10V to 10V.
  2. Current Handling:

    • The continuous drain current (ID) should not exceed 6.0A.
    • For pulse applications, the peak drain current (IDpeak) can go up to 18.0A.
  3. On-State Resistance:

    • The on-state resistance (RDS(on)) is 3.5mΩ at VGS = 4.5V and 2.7mΩ at VGS = 10V. Ensure the gate voltage is set appropriately to minimize power loss.
  4. Gate Drive:

    • The gate charge (QG) is 15nC. Use a driver capable of providing sufficient current to switch the device quickly and efficiently.
  5. Capacitance:

    • The input capacitance (Ciss) is 340pF, and the output capacitance (Coss) is 80pF. These values affect switching speed and should be considered in circuit design.
  6. Power Dissipation:

    • The total power dissipation (PTOT) should not exceed 1.6W. Proper heat sinking may be required for high-power applications.
  7. Temperature:

    • The junction temperature (TJ) should not exceed 150°C.
    • Store the device within the temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
  8. Mounting and Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid damage to the leads and body.
    • Ensure proper mounting to maintain thermal performance and mechanical integrity.
  9. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection:

    • Use appropriate ESD protection measures during handling and assembly to prevent damage to the device.
