Instructions for Use

1. Power Supply:

   • Ensure the operating voltage (V_CC) is within the range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
   • The device can operate at both commercial (0°C to 70°C) and industrial (-40°C to 85°C) temperature ranges.

2. Current Consumption:

   • The standby current (I_CC(STBY)) is typically 1μA when no access is being made.
   • The active current (I_CC(ACT)) is typically 1mA and can go up to 3mA during operation.
   • The write current (I_CC(W)) is typically 3mA and can go up to 5mA during writing.

3. Data Retention:

   • The data retention time (t_DR) is 100 years under normal conditions.

4. Write Operations:

   • The write cycle time (t_WC) is 5ms.
   • The page write time (t_PW) is also 5ms.

5. Storage:

   • Store the device in a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C to ensure long-term reliability.

6. Write Endurance:

   • Each byte can withstand up to 1 million write cycles (N_WR).

7. Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage. Use proper ESD protection measures.

8. Programming:

   • Follow the I2C protocol for communication and programming. Ensure the correct address and commands are used for read and write operations.

9. Environmental Considerations:

   • Operate the device within the specified temperature and humidity ranges to prevent damage and ensure reliable performance.
