Mounting:

- The device can withstand a maximum reverse voltage of 500 V. Ensure that the applied reverse voltage does not exceed this limit to avoid breakdown.

- The reverse leakage current should be kept below 500 nA at 500 V reverse voltage and 25°C ambient temperature.
Reverse Recovery Time (trr):
- The reverse recovery time is critical for high-frequency applications. Ensure that the circuit design accounts for a maximum recovery time of 200 ns.
Operating and Storage Temperature:
- The operating temperature range is -40°C to 100°C. Ensure that the device operates within this range to maintain reliability.
