Instructions for Use:

1. Supply Voltage:

   • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V to avoid damage to the device.

2. Temperature Range:

   • The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C. Store the device between -55°C and 150°C.

3. Current Ratings:

   • The input current (Iin) should not exceed 20mA.
   • The output current (Iout) should not exceed 100mA.

4. Forward Voltage:

   • The forward voltage (Vf) across the LED is typically 2.0V at an input current of 20mA.

5. Reverse Current:

   • The reverse current (Ir) through the LED should be kept below 100nA when the reverse voltage (Vr) is 5V.

6. Response Time:

   • The typical response time (Tr) is 10μs, which is suitable for most applications requiring fast switching.

7. Isolation Voltage:

   • The device can withstand an isolation voltage (Visol) of up to 2500Vrms for one minute.

8. Current Transfer Ratio (CTR):

   • The CTR ranges from 50% to 200% at an input current of 5mA and a collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 5V.

9. Handling Precautions:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage sensitive components.
   • Ensure proper heat dissipation if the device is used in high-current applications.

10. Mounting:

    • Follow the recommended PCB layout and soldering guidelines to ensure reliable operation and prevent mechanical stress on the device.
