Instructions for Use:
Supply Voltage:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V to avoid damage to the device.
Temperature Range:
- The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C. Store the device between -55°C and 150°C.
Current Ratings:
- The input current (Iin) should not exceed 20mA.
- The output current (Iout) should not exceed 100mA.
Forward Voltage:
- The forward voltage (Vf) across the LED is typically 2.0V at an input current of 20mA.
Reverse Current:
- The reverse current (Ir) through the LED should be kept below 100nA when the reverse voltage (Vr) is 5V.

- The typical response time (Tr) is 10μs, which is suitable for most applications requiring fast switching.
Isolation Voltage:
- The device can withstand an isolation voltage (Visol) of up to 2500Vrms for one minute.
Current Transfer Ratio (CTR):
