Instructions for Use:
- Input Connection: Connect the input voltage (V_IN) to the VIN pin of the APT25GT120BRDQ2. Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (4.5V to 26V).
- Output Configuration: Set the desired output voltage (V_OUT) using an external resistor divider network connected to the FB pin. The output voltage can be adjusted from 0.8V to 5.5V.
- Output Load: The device can provide up to 120A of continuous output current. Ensure the load does not exceed this limit to avoid overheating or damage.
- Capacitors: Place input and output capacitors close to the respective pins to minimize noise and improve stability. Recommended values are typically 10μF for the input and 22μF for the output.
- Thermal Management: The device has a thermal shutdown feature that activates at 160°C. Ensure proper heat dissipation by using a heatsink or PCB with adequate copper area.
- Operating Environment: Operate the device within the specified temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) to ensure reliable performance.
- Storage: Store the device in a dry, cool environment within the storage temperature range (-65°C to 150°C).
