Instructions for Use:

1. Power Supply:

   • Ensure the supply voltage (V_CC) is within the range of 2.0V to 6.0V.
   • Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable reference ground.

2. Input Signals:

   • Input signals should be within the valid logic levels:
     • Low level (V_IL): 0.8V or less when V_CC is between 4.5V and 5.5V.
     • High level (V_IH): 2.0V or more when V_CC is between 4.5V and 5.5V.

3. Output Signals:

   • Output signals will be:
     • Low level (V_OL): 0.4V or less when sourcing 8mA, with V_CC between 4.5V and 5.5V.
     • High level (V_OH): 2.4V or more when sinking -0.4mA, with V_CC between 4.5V and 5.5V.

4. Propagation Delay:

   • The propagation delay time (t_pd) is typically 6ns at V_CC = 5V and T_A = 25°C.

5. Temperature Considerations:

   • The device can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
   • Store the device in an environment within the same temperature range.

6. Power Dissipation:

   • Ensure that the power dissipation (P_D) does not exceed 100mW to avoid overheating and potential damage.

7. Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge which can damage the internal circuits.
   • Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions when handling and installing the device.

8. Testing:

   • Test the device under the specified conditions to ensure proper functionality.
   • Use a reliable power supply and appropriate test equipment to verify the performance parameters.
