Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Connect the VCC pin to a power supply between 4.5 V and 5.5 V.
- Connect the GND pin to ground.
Analog Input:
- Connect the analog signal to be converted to the AN_IN pin.
- Ensure the input voltage is within the range of 0 V to 5 V.
Digital Output:
- The digital output will be available on the D0 to D9 pins.
- Connect these pins to your microcontroller or other digital device for reading the converted value.
Start Conversion:
- Trigger the conversion by setting the START pin high.
- The conversion process will take up to 2 μs.
Read Conversion Result:
- After the conversion is complete, read the digital output from the D0 to D9 pins.
Reset:
- To reset the converter, set the RESET pin high and then low.
- This will initialize the converter and prepare it for the next conversion.
Temperature Considerations:
- Ensure the operating temperature is within the specified range (-40°C to +85°C) for optimal performance.
Storage:
- Store the IC in a dry, cool place to prevent damage.
