Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle the SAP15P Y with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Avoid touching the leads or the body directly to prevent static discharge.

2. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep in original packaging until ready for use.

3. Installation:

   • Ensure the correct orientation of the diode during installation.
   • Soldering temperature should not exceed 260°C for more than 10 seconds.
   • Allow sufficient cooling time after soldering to prevent thermal stress.

4. Operating Conditions:

   • Do not exceed the maximum ratings listed in the table.
   • Ensure adequate heat dissipation if operating at high currents.
   • Monitor the junction temperature to avoid overheating.

5. Testing:

   • Use a multimeter to check for continuity and reverse bias conditions.
   • Ensure the diode is properly connected in the circuit before testing.

6. Safety:

   • Follow all relevant safety guidelines when handling and testing the diode.
   • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
