Instructions for Use:
Mounting:
- Ensure that the PCB pads are clean and free from contaminants.
- Place the capacitor on the PCB ensuring proper alignment with the pads.
- Solder the capacitor using a soldering iron or reflow oven. Follow the recommended soldering profile for surface mount components.
Soldering Profile:
- Preheat the PCB to 150°C for 60 seconds.
- Apply solder paste to the pads.
- Place the capacitor on the pads and reflow solder at a peak temperature of 230°C to 250°C for 3 to 5 seconds.
- Allow the PCB to cool naturally.
Handling:
- Handle the capacitor with care to avoid mechanical stress.
- Do not use excessive force when placing or removing the capacitor from the PCB.
Storage:
- Store the capacitors in a dry environment with a relative humidity of less than 60%.
- Avoid exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight.
Testing:
