Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply Connection:

    • Connect Vcc1 to the power supply voltage (2.7V to 3.6V).
    • Connect Vcc2 to the I/O power supply voltage (1.65V to 1.95V).
    • Ground all GND pins.
  2. Signal Connections:

    • Connect the address lines (A0-A15) to the system address bus.
    • Connect the data lines (DQ0-DQ7) to the system data bus.
    • Connect the control signals:
      • CS (Chip Select): Active low. When low, the device is selected.
      • OE (Output Enable): Active low. When low, data outputs are enabled.
      • WE (Write Enable): Active low. When low, a write operation is performed.
      • WP (Write Protect): Active high. When high, write operations are inhibited.
  3. Operation Modes:

    • Read Operation:
      • Set CS and OE low.
      • Set WE high.
      • The data at the addressed location will be available on the DQ lines after the access time (tAA).
    • Write Operation:
      • Set CS and WE low.
      • Set OE high.
      • Data on the DQ lines will be written to the addressed location after the write cycle completes.
    • Power Down Mode:
      • Set CS high to enter power-down mode, reducing power consumption.
  4. Timing Considerations:

    • Ensure that all setup and hold times are met for reliable operation.
