3. Biasing:

   • The gate-source voltage (V_GS) should be kept within the specified range to avoid damaging the device.
   • For optimal performance, use a gate resistor to control the rise and fall times of the gate signal, reducing switching losses.

4. Operating Conditions:

   • Monitor the junction temperature (T_J) to ensure it does not exceed 150°C.
   • Store the device in a dry environment within the storage temperature range (-65°C to 150°C).

5. Testing:

   • When testing the device, use a current-limited power supply to prevent accidental overcurrent conditions.
   • Verify the drain-source voltage (V_DS) and drain current (I_D) do not exceed the maximum ratings.
