Instructions for Use:

1. Input Voltage (VIN):

   • Ensure the input voltage is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
   • Connect the input voltage to the VIN pin.

2. Output Voltage (VOUT):

   • Set the output voltage using external resistors or the internal preset values.
   • The output voltage can be adjusted between 1.8V and 5.0V.

3. Output Current (IOUT):

   • The device can deliver up to 6.0A of output current.
   • Ensure the load does not exceed this limit to avoid damage.

4. Efficiency (η):

   • The typical efficiency is 94% under normal operating conditions.
   • Optimize the circuit design to achieve maximum efficiency.

5. Switching Frequency (fSW):

   • The switching frequency can be set between 1.0MHz and 2.0MHz.
   • Adjust the frequency using external components if necessary.

6. Quiescent Current (IQ):

   • The quiescent current is typically 35μA.
   • This is the current consumed by the device when it is active but not driving a load.

7. Shutdown Current (ISD):

   • The shutdown current is typically 1.0μA.
   • Use the shutdown pin to turn off the device when not in use to save power.

8. Thermal Shutdown (TSD):

   • The device will automatically shut down if the temperature exceeds 160°C.
   • Ensure proper heat dissipation to prevent thermal shutdown.

9. Operating Temperature (TOPR):

   • The device can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
   • Avoid exposing the device to temperatures outside this range.

10. Storage Temperature (TSTG):

    • The device can be stored within a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
    • Store the device in a dry and cool environment to ensure long-term reliability.
