   • Tighten the mounting screws to the recommended torque to ensure good thermal contact without damaging the component.

3. Soldering:

   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature not exceeding 350°C.
   • Solder each pin for no more than 3 seconds to avoid overheating the component.
   • Allow the soldered joints to cool naturally before handling.

4. Operation:

   • Ensure that the gate-source voltage (V_GS) does not exceed the maximum rating of ±20V.
   • Keep the drain-source voltage (V_DS) within the specified range of 60V.
   • Monitor the junction temperature (T_J) to ensure it stays within the operating range of -55°C to +150°C.

   • Store the NH0054 in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep the components in their original packaging until ready for use to protect against moisture and static.

6. Testing:
