Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle the diode with care to avoid damage to the leads or the body.
   • Use proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions to prevent damage.

2. Mounting:

   • Ensure that the diode is mounted on a flat and clean surface.
   • Apply solder within the recommended temperature range to avoid thermal shock.
   • Allow sufficient time for the solder to cool before handling the component.

3. Soldering:

   • Preheat the PCB to reduce thermal stress.
   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature setting of 260°C to 300°C.
   • Soldering time should not exceed 10 seconds per joint.
   • Avoid excessive mechanical stress on the leads during and after soldering.

4. Storage:

   • Store the diodes in a dry and cool environment.
   • Keep them away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.

5. Testing:

   • Use a multimeter to test the diode for continuity and reverse breakdown voltage.
   • Ensure that the diode is not connected to any power source during testing.

6. Applications:

   • Suitable for general-purpose rectification and protection circuits.
   • Ideal for use in power supplies, inverters, and other high-voltage applications.
