Instructions:

1. Installation:

   • Ensure the power is turned off before installing the fuse.
   • Insert the fuse into the designated slot or holder on the FANUC system.
   • Secure the fuse by tightening the terminal screws, ensuring they are not over-tightened to avoid damage.

2. Replacement:

   • Turn off the power and disconnect the system from the power source.
   • Remove the damaged fuse by gently pulling it out of the holder.
   • Replace with a new MP75 7.5 A fuse from DAITO.
   • Reconnect the system and turn on the power.

3. Maintenance:

   • Regularly inspect the fuse for any signs of damage or wear.
   • Check the connections for tightness and corrosion.
   • Replace the fuse immediately if it blows to prevent system failure.

4. Storage:

   • Store the fuses in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
   • Keep the fuses in their original packaging until ready for use.

5. Safety Precautions:

   • Always use the correct fuse rating as specified by the manufacturer.
   • Do not bypass or replace the fuse with a higher-rated fuse as this can cause overheating and potential fire hazards.
   • If the fuse blows repeatedly, consult a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the underlying issue.
