Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle the JH-145 with care to avoid damage to the leads and body.
   • Use appropriate ESD protection measures to prevent static discharge.

2. Mounting:

   • Ensure the correct orientation of the diode during mounting.
   • Apply solder within the recommended temperature range of 230°C to 260°C.
   • Avoid excessive heat exposure to prevent damage to the diode.

3. Soldering:

   • Preheat the PCB to 100°C to 120°C before soldering.
   • Use a soldering iron with a fine tip to ensure precise application.
   • Allow the diode to cool naturally after soldering.

4. Testing:

   • Test the diode using a multimeter set to the diode test function.
   • Ensure the forward voltage drop is within the specified range.
   • Check for reverse leakage current to ensure it does not exceed the specified limit.

5. Storage:

   • Store the JH-145 in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture damage.
   • Keep the components in their original packaging until ready for use.

6. Application:

   • The JH-145 is suitable for general-purpose rectification and protection circuits.
   • It can be used in power supplies, signal processing, and other low-power applications.
