Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 2.0V to 6.0V.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to the system ground.
Input Signals:
- For a logic low input, the voltage should be less than 0.8V when VCC is 5V.
- For a logic high input, the voltage should be greater than 3.5V when VCC is 5V.
Output Signals:
- The output will be low (VOL) if it is below 0.4V when sourcing 4mA at VCC = 5V.
- The output will be high (VOH) if it is above 4.6V when sinking -4mA at VCC = 5V.
Current Handling:
- The input leakage current (IIL) and output leakage current (IOL) should not exceed ±1μA.
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay time (tpd) is typically 12ns with a maximum of 22ns under standard conditions.
Temperature Range:
- The operating temperature (TOP) should be between -40°C and 85°C.
