Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 2.0V to 6.0V.
    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to the system ground.
  2. Input Signals:

    • The output will be high (VOH) if it is above 4.6V when sinking -4mA at VCC = 5V.
  4. Current Handling:

    • The input leakage current (IIL) and output leakage current (IOL) should not exceed ±1μA.
  5. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time (tpd) is typically 12ns with a maximum of 22ns under standard conditions.
  6. Temperature Range:

    • The operating temperature (TOP) should be between -40°C and 85°C.
    • The storage temperature (TSTG) can range from -65°C to 150°C.
  7. Power Dissipation:
