Instructions for Use

1. Power Supply:

   • Ensure the supply voltage (V_CC) is within the range of 2.0V to 6.0V.
   • Connect the ground (GND) pin to the system ground.

2. Input Signals:

   • For a logic low input, the voltage should be less than 0.8V when V_CC is 5V.
   • For a logic high input, the voltage should be greater than 3.5V when V_CC is 5V.

3. Output Signals:

   • The output will be low (V_OL) if it is below 0.4V when sourcing 4mA at V_CC = 5V.
   • The output will be high (V_OH) if it is above 4.6V when sinking -4mA at V_CC = 5V.

4. Current Handling:

   • The input leakage current (I_IL) and output leakage current (I_OL) should not exceed ±1μA.

5. Propagation Delay:

   • The propagation delay time (t_pd) is typically 12ns with a maximum of 22ns under standard conditions.

6. Temperature Range:

   • The operating temperature (T_OP) should be between -40°C and 85°C.
   • The storage temperature (T_STG) can range from -65°C to 150°C.

7. Power Dissipation:

   • The total power dissipation (P_tot) should not exceed 100mW to avoid overheating.

8. Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge which can damage the internal circuits.
   • Follow proper soldering techniques to ensure reliable connections.

9. Testing:

   • Test the device under specified conditions to verify its performance before integrating it into your design.
