Instructions:

2. Mounting:

   • Follow recommended PCB layout guidelines for optimal performance.

3. Soldering:

   • Preheat the diode to reduce thermal shock.
   • Solder within the temperature range of 260°C for no more than 10 seconds.
   • Allow adequate cooling time after soldering.

4. Operation:

   • Do not exceed the maximum ratings specified in the table.
   • Monitor the junction temperature to ensure it stays within the operating range.
   • Use the diode within its safe operating area (SOA) to avoid premature failure.

5. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep the diode in its original packaging until ready for use.

6. Testing:

   • Use a multimeter or diode tester to verify functionality.
   • Test the forward voltage drop and reverse leakage current to ensure the diode is working correctly.
