Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range (typically 4.5 V to 5.5 V).
- Connect the power supply to the VCC and GND pins.
Input Signal:
- Apply the input signal to the Anode (A) and Cathode (K) pins.
- The forward current (IF) should not exceed 30 mA to avoid damaging the device.
- For high-speed applications, ensure the peak forward current (IFP) does not exceed 100 mA for more than 1 ms.
Output Signal:
- Connect the output load between the Output (O) pin and GND.
- The output current (IOH) when high should be within the range of 1.6 mA to 3.2 mA.
- The output current (IOL) when low should be within the range of -5 mA to -10 mA.
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay times (tPLH and tPHL) are critical for timing considerations in your circuit. Ensure that these values meet your system requirements.
Temperature Considerations:
