Instructions

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the module is installed in a well-ventilated area within the specified operating temperature range.
    • Connect the power supply to the terminal block, ensuring the voltage is within the specified range (12 to 24 V DC).
  2. Wiring:

    • Connect each input/output channel to the corresponding terminals on the module.
    • For inputs, connect the signal source to the input terminals.
    • For outputs, connect the load to the output terminals.
  3. Configuration:

    • Use a Modbus RTU compatible software or hardware to configure the module.
    • Set the device address, baud rate, data bits, parity, and stop bits according to your system requirements.
  4. Operation:

    • Monitor and control the I/O channels using the configured communication protocol.
    • Ensure that the current through each channel does not exceed 20 mA and the total current does not exceed 320 mA.
  5. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the connections for any signs of wear or damage.
    • Clean the module with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
  6. Troubleshooting:

    • If the module does not respond, check the power supply and communication settings.
    • Verify that all connections are secure and within the specified limits.
