Instructions for Use:

1. Mounting:

   • Ensure the diode is securely mounted on a heatsink if operating near maximum current.
   • Use a thermal compound between the diode and heatsink to improve heat dissipation.

2. Electrical Connections:

   • Connect the cathode (K) to the positive side of the circuit.
   • Connect the anode (A) to the negative side of the circuit.
   • Avoid reverse biasing the diode beyond its maximum reverse voltage (25V).

3. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions to prevent damage to the diode.

4. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep in original packaging until ready for use.

5. Testing:

   • Use a multimeter to check continuity and ensure the diode is functioning correctly.
   • Measure the forward voltage drop (V_F) under a small forward current to verify proper operation.

6. Safety:

   • Do not exceed the maximum ratings specified in the table.
   • Ensure adequate ventilation if the diode is operating at high temperatures.
