Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect the Vcc pin to a power supply within the specified range (4.5 V to 24 V).
    • Connect the GND pin to the ground of the power supply.
  2. Output Connection:

    • Connect the OUT pin to the input of your control circuit.
    • Ensure that the load connected to the output does not exceed the maximum output current (20 mA).
  3. Magnetic Field Application:

    • Place the sensor in a position where it will be exposed to the magnetic field you want to detect.
    • The sensor will switch its output state based on the magnetic field strength. It will switch to a low state when the magnetic field exceeds the BOP threshold and switch back to a high state when the field drops below the BRP threshold.
  4. Temperature Considerations:

    • Ensure that the operating temperature remains within the specified range (-40°C to 150°C) to avoid damage or unreliable operation.
    • Store the sensor in an environment within the storage temperature range (-40°C to 150°C).
  5. Handling Precautions:

    • Handle the sensor with care to avoid mechanical stress, which could affect its performance.
    • Avoid exposing the sensor to excessive humidity or corrosive environments.
  6. Testing:

    • Before integrating the sensor into a larger system, test it individually to ensure it meets the required specifications.
    • Use a known magnetic field source to verify the BOP and BRP thresholds.
  7. Mounting:

    • Mount the sensor using appropriate methods to ensure it is securely fastened and aligned with the magnetic field source.
    • Follow the recommended soldering and reflow profiles to avoid thermal damage during assembly.
