Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V.
- Connect VCC to the positive power supply and GND to ground.
Input Signals:
- Apply input signals that are within the specified input voltage levels:
- Low input (VIL): 0.8 V or less.
- High input (VIH): 2.0 V or more.
- Ensure input currents are within the limits of ±1 μA.

Output Signals:
- The output low voltage (VOL) should be 0.1 V to 0.2 V when sourcing 4 mA.
- The output high voltage (VOH) should be 2.4 V to 5.0 V when sinking -4 mA.
- Ensure output currents do not exceed -32 mA (sink) and -4 mA (source).
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay time (tp) is typically 9 ns with a maximum of 18 ns at VCC = 5 V and ambient temperature (TA) = 25°C.
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
- Store the device within the temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
