The CNY17-3 is an optically coupled isolator manufactured by Infineon. It consists of an infrared light emitting diode and a phototransistor which have been optically coupled together in a single package. It is housed in a DIP-6 package and is designed for use in an automotive environment. Features: Max. CTR of 100 at I F = 5 mA Max.
