Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Use appropriate ESD protection to prevent electrostatic discharge damage.

2. Mounting:

   • Ensure the surface is clean and free from contaminants before mounting.
   • Follow the recommended soldering profile to avoid thermal stress.
   • Soldering temperature should not exceed 260°C for more than 10 seconds.

3. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture absorption.
   • Use within the recommended storage time to ensure optimal performance.

4. Testing:

   • Perform visual inspection to check for any physical damage.
   • Verify electrical parameters using a multimeter or appropriate test equipment.

5. Application:

   • Suitable for transient voltage suppression in circuits.
   • Ensure the reverse standoff voltage is appropriate for the application.
   • Connect the diode in parallel with the protected circuit to clamp overvoltage transients.
