1. Mounting:

2. Voltage Handling:

   • Do not exceed the maximum clamping voltage (Vc) under any circumstances.
   • The rated voltage (Vrwm) is the maximum continuous working voltage the device can handle without conducting.

3. Current Handling:

   • The peak pulse current (Ipp) should not be exceeded for more than 8/20 μs to avoid permanent damage.
   • Ensure the standby current (Isto) and leakage current (Ileak) are within specified limits to avoid unnecessary power consumption.

4. Environmental Conditions:

   • Operate the device within the specified temperature range (Topr) to ensure reliable performance.
   • Avoid exposure to corrosive environments or excessive humidity.

5. Testing:

   • Test the device under controlled conditions to verify its performance parameters.
   • Use appropriate test equipment to measure capacitance (C) and response time (tr).
