Instructions for Use:
Voltage Ratings:
- Ensure that the drain-source voltage (VDS) does not exceed -100V or go below -60V.
- The gate-source voltage (VGS) should be within -30V to +15V.
Current Ratings:
- The continuous drain current (ID) should not exceed 4.8A.
- For pulse applications, the peak drain current (IDpeak) can be up to 8A.
Power Dissipation:
- The maximum power dissipation (PTOT) is 100W. Ensure adequate heat sinking to manage thermal conditions.
Temperature Considerations:
- The junction temperature (TJ) must remain between -55°C and 175°C.
- The storage temperature (TSTG) range is from -55°C to 150°C.
Thermal Management:
- The thermal resistance from the junction to the case (RθJC) is 0.75 K/W. Use appropriate heat sinks or cooling methods to maintain the junction temperature within safe limits.
Handling and Storage:
