Instructions for Using the MC14053BCP

1. Supply Voltage:

   • Ensure that the supply voltage (V_CC) is within the range of 4.5 V to 18 V to avoid damage to the device.

2. Output Levels:

   • When the output is high (V_OH), it should be at least 13.2 V when V_CC is 15 V.
   • When the output is low (V_OL), it should be no more than 0.4 V when V_CC is 15 V.

3. Input Current:

   • The input current (I_IH and I_IL) should not exceed 1 μA for both high and low levels.

4. Leakage Current:

   • The leakage current (I_LK) should not exceed 100 nA to ensure proper operation.

5. Power Dissipation:

   • The maximum power dissipation (P_D) is 750 mW. Ensure adequate heat sinking if operating near this limit.

6. Temperature Ranges:

   • The operating temperature range (T_A) is from -40°C to 85°C.
   • The storage temperature range (T_STG) is from -65°C to 150°C.

7. Handling and Storage:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage sensitive components.
   • Store the device in a dry, cool place within the specified storage temperature range.
