Instructions for Use:
- Forward Voltage (VF): Ensure that the forward voltage across the device does not exceed 1.5V when the forward current is 10mA.
- Reverse Voltage (VR): The device should not be subjected to reverse voltages exceeding 5V.
- Peak Pulse Current (IFTM): The peak pulse current should not exceed 1.5A for a pulse duration of 10 μs and a repetition rate of 1 ms.
- Continuous Forward Current (IF): The continuous forward current should not exceed 10mA at a case temperature of 25°C.
- Output Current (Ic): The output current should not exceed 1A, with a typical value of 0.5A.
- Turn-On Time (ton) and Turn-Off Time (toff): The turn-on and turn-off times are typically 2 μs and can range up to 5 μs under standard conditions (IF = 5 mA, RL = 100 Ω).
- Isolation Voltage (VIORM): The device can withstand an isolation voltage of up to 2.5kV for 1 minute at 50/60 Hz.
- Operating Temperature (TOPR): The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C.
