Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VDD) is within the range of 2.0V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the VDD pin to the positive supply and GND pin to the ground.
  2. Input Signals:

    • Input signals should be within the range of 0V to VDD.
    • Ensure that input signals do not exceed the supply voltage to avoid damage.
  3. Output Configuration:

    • The output pins can source or sink up to 10mA of current.
    • When the output is low, the voltage will be approximately 0.4V.
    • When the output is high, the voltage will be approximately VDD - 0.4V.
  4. Temperature Considerations:

    • Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
    • Store the device within the temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
  5. Timing Parameters:

    • The rise time (tr) and fall time (tf) are both typically 10ns.
    • Ensure that the load capacitance and any external components do not significantly affect these timings.
  6. Quiescent Current:

    • The quiescent current is typically 2.0μA, which helps in minimizing power consumption during idle states.
  7. Handling Precautions:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal circuits.
    • Follow proper soldering techniques to ensure reliable connections.
  8. Application Notes:

    • Refer to the datasheet for specific application notes and circuit diagrams to ensure optimal performance in your design.
