Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VDD) is within the range of 2.0V to 5.5V.
- Connect the VDD pin to the positive supply and GND pin to the ground.
Input Signals:
- Input signals should be within the range of 0V to VDD.
- Ensure that input signals do not exceed the supply voltage to avoid damage.
Output Configuration:
- The output pins can source or sink up to 10mA of current.
- When the output is low, the voltage will be approximately 0.4V.
- When the output is high, the voltage will be approximately VDD - 0.4V.
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
- Store the device within the temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
Timing Parameters:
- The rise time (tr) and fall time (tf) are both typically 10ns.
- Ensure that the load capacitance and any external components do not significantly affect these timings.
Quiescent Current:
- The quiescent current is typically 2.0μA, which helps in minimizing power consumption during idle states.
Handling Precautions:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal circuits.
- Follow proper soldering techniques to ensure reliable connections.
Application Notes:
- Refer to the datasheet for specific application notes and circuit diagrams to ensure optimal performance in your design.
