Instructions:
Input Connection:
- Connect the input voltage (V_IN) to the VIN pin.
- Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (4.5V to 16V).
Output Connection:
- Connect the output voltage (V_OUT) to the VOUT pin.
- Adjust the output voltage using the external resistor network if necessary.
Ground Connection:
- Connect the ground (GND) to the GND pin.
- Ensure a stable and low-impedance ground connection to maintain performance.
Capacitors:
- Use a 10 μF tantalum or ceramic capacitor on the input side for filtering.
- Use a 10 μF tantalum or ceramic capacitor on the output side for stability.
Thermal Considerations:
- Ensure adequate heat sinking, especially when operating at high output currents or in high ambient temperatures.
- The maximum junction temperature should not exceed 125°C.
Output Voltage Adjustment:
- For adjustable versions, use the following formula to set the output voltage: [ V_ = 1.25 left(1 + fracright) ]
- Where ( R_1 ) and ( R_2 ) are the resistors connected to the ADJ pin.
