Instructions for Use:

  1. Handling Precautions:

    • Handle the AON6426 with care to avoid static damage.
    • Ensure that all connections are secure and free from contaminants.
  2. Operating Conditions:

    • Ensure that the drain-source voltage (VDS) does not exceed 30V.
    • The gate-source voltage (VGS) should be kept between -15V and 15V.
    • The continuous drain current (ID) should not exceed 6.8A at 25°C.
    • For pulse conditions, the maximum pulse drain current (IDM) is 15A for a pulse width of 300μs.
  3. Thermal Management:

    • The power dissipation (PD) should not exceed 3.2W at 25°C ambient temperature.
    • The junction temperature (TJ) should be kept within the range of -55°C to 150°C.
    • Use appropriate heat sinks or cooling methods to manage thermal dissipation.
  4. Electrical Characteristics:

    • The threshold voltage (VGS(th)) is typically between 1.0V and 1.8V.
    • The on-state resistance (RDS(on)) is typically 0.022Ω at VGS = 10V and ID = 6.8A.
  5. Storage:

    • Store the AON6426 in a dry, cool environment.
    • The storage temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
  6. Testing:

    • Before installation, verify the electrical parameters using the specified test conditions.
    • Ensure that the device is not exposed to voltages or currents beyond the maximum ratings during testing.
  7. Mounting:

    • Follow the recommended PCB layout and mounting guidelines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    • Use appropriate soldering techniques to avoid damage to the device.
