Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable 0V reference.
Input Signals:
- Apply input signals (VIL, VIH) that meet the specified voltage levels to ensure proper logic levels.
- Ensure input signals do not exceed VCC or go below GND to avoid damage.
Output Signals:
- The output low voltage (VOL) should be less than 0.5V when sourcing up to 16mA.
- The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least 2.4V when sinking up to 0.4mA.
Current Handling:
- Do not exceed the maximum output sink current (IOL) of 16mA or the maximum output source current (IOH) of 0.8mA to prevent damage to the device.
